Forms (MetForm)

Configure where form submissions get sent for any kit's forms.
This is one of the easiest steps to forget — and one of the most costly to forget, since a form that isn't configured correctly can quietly send every inquiry to nowhere (or to a placeholder demo email) without any obvious sign that something's wrong. Every form across every kit (contact, booking, newsletter, search) runs on the MetForm plugin, so the fix is the same regardless of which kit or which form.
Go to MetForm → Forms in your WordPress dashboard sidebar.
Find the form you want to configure in the list, then click its gear/settings icon under Actions.
In the Form Settings popup, open the Notification tab.
Toggle "Notification mail to admin" to YES — this is off by default on a fresh form, which is exactly why submissions can silently go nowhere if this step gets skipped.
Fill in Email Subject and Email To with your real business inbox — not the demo/placeholder address that ships with the kit. Email From and Email Reply To are worth setting too so replies land where you expect; Admin Note is optional.
Click Save changes.
Send yourself a real test submission through the live form afterward to confirm it actually arrives, rather than assuming the settings saved correctly.
If you have multiple forms on a kit (as most do), repeat this for each one individually — they're configured separately, so fixing one doesn't fix the rest.
