Licenses

ThemeForest items are sold under standard Envato licensing, and picking the right one matters — using the wrong license isn't just a technicality, it's a licensing violation if you're caught on the wrong side of it. The short version: if you're building this for yourself or a client who won't be paying you again for it, Regular is fine; if you're being paid to build sites for clients as your business, you need Extended. The two articles below walk through exactly where that line is, plus a separate note on whether you actually need Elementor Pro at all.
