Extended License

What the Extended License covers, and when you need it.
The Extended License covers the same single End Product as the Regular License, but allows that finished website to charge its own visitors — a paywall, a paid membership area, or any gated content people have to pay or subscribe to access.
A simple way to tell which one you need: ask whether the people visiting the finished site have to pay anything to use it — not whether you were paid to build it, but whether the site's own visitors pay. If yes, even for just one gated section, use Extended License for that project. If everyone can view and use the site for free, Regular License covers you, regardless of whether you were paid for the work.
One more thing worth knowing either way: both licenses cover exactly one End Product per purchase. If you're building sites for more than one client, each client's project needs its own separate license (Regular or Extended, whichever fits that project) — one kit purchase doesn't carry over to unlimited client projects.
