Regular License

What the Regular License covers.
The Regular License lets you use the kit to build one End Product — a finished, customized website — for yourself or for a single client. The part people usually get wrong: the line isn't whether you get paid to build the site, it's whether the finished site itself charges its own visitors to use it. A freelancer or agency being paid by a client to build a site is still covered by the Regular License, as long as anyone who visits the finished site can use it for free.
What tips you into needing Extended instead: if the site itself puts something behind a paywall or membership — visitors have to pay, subscribe, or log into a paid account to access some or all of it. In that case you need an Extended License for that project, even if it's just one gated section on an otherwise free site.
What Regular License doesn't cover regardless: reselling the kit itself, redistributing it as a template or stock item, or extracting individual pieces of it for standalone use outside the one website you built.
